A technician on the press line opens the manual to the page. Prior auth is checked against the payer’s clause. A customs entry is checked against the tariff line. The page number sits next to the answer. Stopping a press, clearing a shipment, and signing off still wait for someone on site.
What we hold to
An answer names the page or the clause.
A person still confirms the stop, the claim, and the clearance.
The record stays, so the work can be checked again.
Connect your enterprise knowledge, AI models, and business workflows in one platform. Anyue helps teams move from scattered information to informed action—with source-backed answers, clear approvals, and deployment in your own environment.
Already running: Halstead Manufacturing on the stamping line, Granite Grid on electrical equipment, Meridian Health on prior authorization, Kestrel Labs on laboratory quality control, Beacon Mutual on claims, Alder Financial on compliance, Cascade Freight on customs entries, and Summit Rail on dispatch.

Nineteen accounts, each at $250,000 a year or more, make up 72% of revenue. Financial customers keep the system inside their own VPC.

Cascade posts 78% of customs packets without retyping them, and saves $1.1 million a year in labor. An exception comes back in 45 minutes. It used to take four hours. The broker still clears the shipment.
System
A manual comes in, and the system later runs inside the customer’s VPC. Same engineering path. Halstead’s stamping line, Meridian’s prior authorization, and Cascade’s customs desk are all on it.
Drawings, work orders, clinical policy, tariff codes, and dispatch procedures come in under the customer’s own org chart. The source sits next to the answer. Versions line up, and an expired document lights up. At Halstead, the hydraulic and die manuals for 412 presses are indexed by assembly. A search opens on the page.
A flow can be drawn, or written in code. Tool calls, branches, human review, retries, and rollback ship with a version. At Meridian the prior-auth draft goes to a nurse first. The nurse signs off, and then it goes to the payer.
Models on different clouds are all wired in. We pick by accuracy, latency, and cost. The average cost of a comparable call is down 62%. P95 latency stays under 1.9 seconds. The small model stays in the customer’s building. Heavier jobs go to a larger model in the cloud.
Build confidence into every AI workflow. Evaluate quality before launch, monitor performance in production, and trace answers back to their sources. Your team stays in control of access, decisions, and operating costs.
It runs in the customer’s VPC, on an appliance in the plant, or in a room with no outside line. Data stays in the customer’s domain. The model can be swapped. For healthcare and financial customers, the fastest go-live was six weeks, including the HIPAA business associate agreement and the security review.

HALSTEAD · HYDRAULIC DESK
Hydraulic oil temperature on the stamping line is running high. Which three procedures come first?
Find the assembly. Then open the page.
When oil temperature runs high on Line 4, the technician opens the hydraulic manual to the valve block and checks it against recent work orders and this oil report. The order of checks comes back with the source beside it.
